Amazon Pinpoint is a multi-channel digital engagement service. It is a part of the Customer Engagement suite of services, enabling customers to send both transactional and promotional messages across email, SMS, push notification, voice, and custom channels.
This POC provides sample Pinpoint Endpoint data and sample Email Templates. These can be used to set up a fully functional Pinpoint instance. However, we recommend replacing the sample endpoint data with real customer end-user data, replacing the email templates with real customer templates, and replacing the Campaign and Journey use-cases with real use-cases. The samples can be used as a reference.
